Delivery Information

Czech Republic:

1. Free Pick-up (by customer) – This is a special service that is available for customers in or near Prague. To avail this service: 

  • The minimum order value should be 500 Czk
  • Prior arrangements regarding the date and time of pickup (from our pick up points should be made by the customer, via email or telephone.

2. Shipment – This is the standard delivery option available for customers all over Czech Republic. There are 2 shipment companies to choose from. Both will provide a tracking number and link to help trace the progress of the package. Tip! Check SPAM folder if you don’t see this mail in your inbox.

2)Czech Postal Service

  • Shipment through PPL costs 129 Czk, for the weight up to 2 kg .More tariffs for shipping can be checked here (within Czech Republic)
  • We pay the delivery costs if the order is over 2500 Czk (within Czech Republic)
  • It takes 2 working days for the order to reach the customer after dispatch. PPL packages are sent from Monday to Friday.
  • Packages returned to Get Grocery (for any reason) cost 99Czk. This cost may or may not be transferred to the customer depending on the circumstances and at the company's discretion. 
  • If an order that has already been shipped or has been returned to us and needs to be cancelled, shipment cost of 99 CZK will be deducted from the order amount at the time of refund. Price of frozen products (if ordered) that are damaged in this process will not be returned. 
  • PPL customer hotline number - .225 331 500.  Please keep your tracking number handy if you need to give them a call.
  • Please carry your passport or personal id proof if you need to collect the package from a PPL parcel Shop.

3.Frozen Products - Shipment of frozen products will cost 150 Czk extra.

Accidents / Delays / Exceptions

  • In case of delay, please track the order yourself using the tracking link sent by the shipment companies. If you need further support or assistance call us at +420772721880
  • In rare cases, the box can get damaged while being carried by the delivery people. In this case, the provider usually repacks the box at the center and delivers. This can cause a delay of 2-4 additional days.
  • In some cases delays can also arise at Indian e-shop end if some ordered product is out of stock and is expected in the next 2 days. If longer, the company contacts the customer.
